MTS has many tariff plans without a subscription fee. Some of them offer MTS subscribers affordable Internet and large SMS packages. Others allow you to communicate profitably in long-distance or international roaming.

However, there is a fairly large audience of customers who do not need such mobile options. Such clients are elderly people. For them, the main criteria when choosing a package are cheap communications in their home region, minimal Internet packages and per-minute or even per-second billing.

So which TP meets these requirements and allows you to minimize expenses on mobile communications? Today the operator offers 5 such packages for connection:

"Super MTS";
"Red Energy";
"Your country";
"Active pensioner."

Now let's look at each of the proposals in more detail.

This TP does not require a mandatory subscription fee, and is most suitable for profitable communication in your network. Calls are billed on a per-minute basis. Therefore, if the subscriber does not use the mobile Internet, and mainly makes calls on the home network, after connecting to the Super MTS tariff plan, cellular expenses can be minimized.

TP operates under the following conditions:

outgoing in the home network to television system numbers - the first 20 minutes. – 0 rubles, starting from 21 minutes – 1.59 rubles per minute;
regional calls to landlines - up to 20 m. free of charge, from 21 - 2.50 rubles per minute;
outgoing to other networks in the connection region – 2.50 rubles/min.;
calls to network numbers across the country – 5 rubles/minute;
conversations with clients of other television systems in the Russian Federation – 14 rubles/min.

Of course, if desired, the user can reduce the cost of their communication by activating the additional service “Call free to MTS throughout the country” in long-distance roaming. You can also activate an Internet traffic package on the TP. However, in this case the offer will no longer be without a subscription fee.

As the name implies, this tariff plan assumes per-second billing. This product is mainly designed for laconic subscribers communicating on the local network. Calls to other regions of the country on the package are quite expensive.

So, the “Per Second” tariff offers cellular services at the following cost:

regional calls to network subscribers – 0.05 rubles/s.;
calls to landline phones in the local network – 0.05 rubles/s.;
outgoing calls to phones of other mobile operators in the region of connection – 0.05 rubles/s.;
calls within the Russian Federation to your numbers – 5 rubles/min.;
calls within the country to other destinations – 14 rubles/m.
cost of text messages: SMS in the native network – 2 rubles;
SMS within the country – 3.80 rub.

The Internet package does not include a tariff. Web connection is provided at a standard cost of 9.9 rubles. for 1 MB.

A per-minute calculation system works here. There is no mandatory subscription fee. TP will also be beneficial for communication in the local region.

The characteristics of the RedEnergy TP are as follows:

outgoing to subscribers of any cellular directions in the local network - 1.60 rubles / minute, across the country - 1.90 rubles;
the cost of sending local SMS messages to any phone number is 1.90 rubles, nationwide - 3.80 rubles per piece.

Internet is not provided at the TP and is provided at a standard price - 9.9 rubles per MB. To reduce the cost of traffic supply, the subscriber can connect any of the options of the “Bit” family. But as you understand, in this case the TP will cease to be without a subscription fee.

Tariff for calls within Russia “Your Country”

This tariff plan allows subscribers not only to communicate at a favorable price at home, but also allows them to make inexpensive calls throughout Russia or conduct text correspondence. In addition, the tariff can be used when traveling around the world.

The cost for outgoing calls and other services is as follows:

calls to users with the connected option – 1 rub./min.;
regional outgoing to network numbers – 2.50 rubles/min.;
calls to any numbers throughout the country – 3 rubles/min.;
calls with neighboring countries (CIS) – from 3 to 35 rubles, depending on the direction (detailed prices for any direction can be found on the official MTS website);
Europe – 49 rub./min.;
other states – 70 rubles/m.;
SMS within Russia – 2.50 rubles;
SMS to CIS countries – 3 rubles;
SMS to other directions – 6 rubles.

The TP traffic package does not provide. Here, as with other similar products, you will have to pay 9.90 rubles for one MB. However, in the article we get acquainted with the profitable MTS offers for calls, so the issue of activating additional Internet options will not be considered.

Tariff with monthly fee “Active Pensioner” MTS

The “Active Pensioner” TP, in contrast to the proposals described above, requires payment of a monthly fixed subscription fee. However, it is so minimal (only 99 rubles) that we could not help but add it to our list.

TP includes the following set of mobile options:

unlimited calls to network numbers in your region;
100 minutes to talk with MTS users in the Russian Federation and communicate with any numbers in your home region;
SMS – 50 pieces.

After the allocated quota is exhausted, the following prices will apply:

calls to MTS clients throughout the country - 2 rubles/min.;
outgoing to other Russian networks throughout the country – 14 rubles/m./;
sending on-net SMS – 1.50 rubles;
SMS within Russia – 3.80 rub. for one text message.

If the allocated limit is not enough, within the tariff, the subscriber can multiply the number of minutes, SMS, and also receive one GB of traffic per month. To do this, you will need to activate the “More Communication” service. The cost of the option is 100 rubles. per month.
